Our client is an established and successful business based in County Durham. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.

Job Specification

The Job you will be Doing

  • Adding new customers to internal databases
  • Adding new opportunities into internal databases with correct project information, and setting up follow up calls
  • Responding to all enquiries within 24 hours
  • Putting together proposals for larger company projects
  • Putting together technical packs and sending over data sheets and renders to clients
  • Proactively calling clients to book project and supplier meetings
  • Checking for any new project opportunities
  • Using call lists to follow up with key contacts
  • Supporting the specification manager when holding company events
  • Keeping up to date with industry news and trends
  • Regularly following up and checking in with current opportunities
  • Using other sales tools to ensure all new projects are followed up and logged on company system
  • Attending meetings on behalf of the specification manager where necessary
  • Working to key company KPI’s

 

About You

  • Previous sales experience is desirable
  • Be comfortable making outbound calls
  • Have a passion and drive for the role and company
  • Drive for business growth
  • Be open minded to change and drive to find solutions
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Have a thorough understanding of regulation
