Job Specification
The Job you will be Doing
- Adding new customers to internal databases
- Adding new opportunities into internal databases with correct project information, and setting up follow up calls
- Responding to all enquiries within 24 hours
- Putting together proposals for larger company projects
- Putting together technical packs and sending over data sheets and renders to clients
- Proactively calling clients to book project and supplier meetings
- Checking for any new project opportunities
- Using call lists to follow up with key contacts
- Supporting the specification manager when holding company events
- Keeping up to date with industry news and trends
- Regularly following up and checking in with current opportunities
- Using other sales tools to ensure all new projects are followed up and logged on company system
- Attending meetings on behalf of the specification manager where necessary
- Working to key company KPI’s
About You
- Previous sales experience is desirable
- Be comfortable making outbound calls
- Have a passion and drive for the role and company
- Drive for business growth
- Be open minded to change and drive to find solutions
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Have a thorough understanding of regulation
