Company Description
Our leading client is a highly innovative and rapidly expanding logistics organisation. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a French Speaking Customer Experience Executive to join their team on a 6 months maternity cover basis.
Job Specification
The Role
- Build and develop robust relationships with our existing customers over the phone, skype and email
- Process and raise orders
- Deal with customer queries
- Support the finance department in chasing customer payments
- Process enquiries from new customers
- Perform translations of marketing material into French
- Facilitate meetings between the Head of Sales and colleagues in Europe
The Person
- Fluent in French - other languages are desirable
- An excellent and passionate communicator with the ability to excite/enthuse our customers over the phone
- Have commercial acumen, be analytical and commercially minded
- Driven and tenacious
- A team player who works well and gels within an established team
