Job Specification

The Role

• Build and develop robust relationships with our existing customers over the phone, skype and email
• Process and raise orders
• Deal with customer queries
• Support the finance department in chasing customer payments
• Process enquiries from new customers
• Perform translations of marketing material into French
• Facilitate meetings between the Head of Sales and colleagues in Europe

The Person

• Fluent in French - other languages are desirable
• An excellent and passionate communicator with the ability to excite/enthuse our customers over the phone
• Have commercial acumen, be analytical and commercially minded
• Driven and tenacious
• A team player who works well and gels within an established team
