Internal Sales Co-ordinator

MTrec Commercial Recruitment’s new manufacturing client, are, due to a recent surge in business, currently seeking to employ a talented, driven, and motivated Sales Co-Ordinator. The company, who are industry leaders, are currently located in the Gateshead area and would be seeking a candidate with previous sales and administration experience to join the team as soon as possible. You will be required to deal with sales enquiries, contact lapsed/ex-clients, manage a number of accounts and perform some outbound sales calls. - Internal sales role dealing with general telephone enquiries.
- Overseeing whole sales process from sale to delivery
- Contacting Lapsed Client base to drive new sales.
- Managing accounts for around 30-50 clients
- Occasional outbound sales calls
- Providing advice on products and quotations
- Order processing of all new sales orders
- Processing and sending out quotations to customers using in-house software.
- Maintaining customer files and records/CRMs for all customer contact
- Covering other jobs in the case of holidays/absence
- Providing general administration support (booking in delivery notes, generating despatch notes etc)
- Strong Sales and administrative skills
- Happy making calls to former customers and some business development
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Customer focused, and results orientated.
- Previous experience within sales and administration within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Available to start work asap.
