Company Description

Our client is an established and successful company based in Cramlington. They are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.

Job Specification

The Role

  • Processing Sales Orders
  • Follow new guidelines around Brexit and UK/EU trading laws
  • Complete declarations for shipments/postal orders
  • Prepare quotations for new and existing orders
  • Liaise with customers to ensure all necessary customs, contact, insurance and contract details are correct
  • Organise and prioritise workload on a daily basis
  • Arrange dispatch of export orders
  • Support Key Account Manager and other colleagues in the office
  • Handle customer queries via telephone and email

The Person

  • You must have previous Administration experience, ideally within a similar position previous
  • Confident with the ability to use own initiative and problem solve effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail
