Job Specification
The Role
- Ensure excellent administrative support to the customer service / sales team.
- Liaison with internal departments on enquiry and support matters.
- Processing of orders for products on internal system ensuring accuracy and requirements.
- Processing payments/Credit Card orders.
- Maintaining accurate records
- General Admin Duties.
- Raising and delivering customer quotations.
- Supporting the sales representatives with updates on orders and enquiries.
The Person
- You will have previous administration experience ideally from reengineering or manufacturing background.
- Sales order processing experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
- IT literate, particularly Microsoft packages, including excel.
