The Job you’ll do;
- To cover telephone/reception duties.
- To maintain the reception area in a clean, tidy and organised manner.
- To carry out general reception administrative work, this to include:
- Ensuring sundry items i.e. stationary is checked, stock levels maintained, and orders placed through current computer system when necessary,
- Photocopier/Printer control and upkeep and sending faxes, emails as required,
- Scanning, filing and protection of documents in accordance with GDPR requirements
- To open, distribute and send out post on a daily basis.
- Recording of all accident reports and fire evacuation roll calls.
- Greeting all site visitors, ensuring visitor procedures are adhered to at all time.
- Adding supplier information/paperwork to Q-Pulse for all suppliers attending site
- Ensuring relevant contractors adhere to HSE rules, asbestos and legionella management plans whilst onsite
- Administrative Support:
- Providing general administration support for Operations Director as required.
- Providing general administration support for HR Manager as required.
About you;
- Full UK Licence
- English and Maths GCSE Grade C or above or Equivalent
- Good standard of computer literacy and relevant software packages including: Microsoft Office, Excel
- Customer Service Qualification eg. NVQ Level 2
- Experience of handling sensitive/confidential information
- Experience of data entry
- Experience of using ERP System (Syspro), time and attendance (Tensor) & quality management system (Q-Pulse)
- Proven experience of working within Reception/Admin Role
- Excellent time management
- Objection Handling Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills within all levels of organisation
- Able to manage and take responsibility for workload commitments, planning and prioritising.

- A good team player who is able to adapt to working independently or with new or short-term teams
