Our client is a leading customer solutions provider, with a state-of-the-art customer service centre based in Gateshead. Due to the continued expansion of their business they are now looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor to work Twilight Shift (16:00 – 12:00) - Monday - Friday, on a temporary basis. Job Specification
The Role
- Addressing customers' enquiries via calls, internet and e-mail
- Providing quality advice and information to customers and updating records
- Resolving queries and keeping customers updated on the status of their enquiry
- Maintaining records and databases
- Using internal systems to assess and process or reject claims made by customers
- General administration and office duties e.g. filing, photocopying
The Person
- Previous Administration or office experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate with a sound knowledge of databases.
- To be proactive and work on your own initiative.
- Be a good team player and committed to their work.
- Able to work Monday – Friday – Twilight Shift Only – 16:00-12:00.
- You must have your own laptop/computer – if home working is required.
