The Job

• To liaise with Management to ensure work is completed as required
• Overviewing machinery, basic machine maintenance, and machine changeovers
• Ensuring that print production is completed to the specified timescales and quality standards
• Monitoring Health and Safety in the workplace
• Strict adherence to shop floor housekeeping, tidiness, and presentation. Bins, tools, workstations, and equipment
• Strict adherence to H&S company rules

The Person

• Understanding and using L/F digital print machinery encompassing
• A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job
• Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary

The Shifts 

• Day shift – 06:00 – 14:30
• Back shift – 14:00 – 22:30
• Night shift – 22:00 – 06:30
• Continentals – 06:00 – 18:00 / 18:00 – 06:00

The Salary

• Basic - £18,445 - £21,701
• Two shift – £21,211 - £24,956
• Three shift – £23,056 - £27,126
• Continental - £25,823 - £30,381
• First rate is starting salary, second rate is the 6-month increase
