The Role

• Contacting North East employers from a database to promote apprenticeships
• Create qualified appointments for business development officers
• Promote business benefits of apprenticeships to employers by telephone
• Qualify all appointments to ensure high quality recruitment of employers
• To meet challenging sales targets set by the Senior management team
• Create work placement opportunities for young people with north east employers
• To support the Business Development team in all recruitment and promotional activity including administrative tasks

The Person

• Administrative Procedures
• Experience of Customer service
• Use Microsoft Office packages
• Experience of working in a telesales environment
• Using effective written and oral communication skills
• Able to meet challenging targets
• Experience of customer care
• The ability to be flexible and work as part of a team
