The Role you will be doing:

  • Dealing with Invoicing
  • Reconciling transactions
  • Answering calls
  • Scanning documents
  • Overseeing work progression
  • General administration duties

About you;

  • Experience in ZERO, general admin duties, bookkeeping and PA is also desirable.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of sage accounts is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.

Shift patterns/Working hours;

  • Monday – Friday 9:00–17:30

Hourly pay rates on offer;

  • Salary dependant on experience
