Customer Service Administrator

Company Description

Our client is an established and successful company based in Chester le Street. They are currently looking for an Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a Temporary basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.

The Role you will be doing;

  • Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery
  • Resolving customer enquiries
  • Proactively identify, overcome, or escalate any issues that may affect customer satisfaction
  • Positive and effective communication with internal and external customers
  • Manage customer stock holding in line with agreements
  • Obtain and maintain customer forecasts
  • Prompt resolution of invoice queries
  • Support colleagues in the CS team as required
  • Maintain customer profiles to the agreed standard
  • Follow, review and improve upon department SOP’s
  • High standard of product knowledge, materials, and their functionality

About you;

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in a customer facing role
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience in using and interrogating ERP systems

Shift patterns/Working hours;

  • Monday - Friday 08:30 – 5:00pm

Hourly pay rates on offer;

  • £20,000 – £25,000
