We are proudly representing our private sector client based in Chester le Street for their search for an Administrator. They now have an immediate requirement to recruit a permanent member of staff to start as soon as possible.

Job Specification

The Role

  • General Admin
  • Adding orders to the system
  • Creating delivery notes and labels
  • Answering calls
  • Data input
  • Dealing with queries
  • Ensuring that time is managed effectively
  • Use of internal systems
  • Liaising with other members of the team

The Person

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Microsoft Office and Excel Experience
  • Good oral communication skills
  • Able to manage a diverse and complex workload
  • High level of literacy and numeracy
  • Good IT skills and competence in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and databases, and competence in the use of Microsoft Outlook
  • Competence in researching information via the internet
  • Team player, able to initiate, develop and maintain productive working relationships
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
  • Proven experience of working in a busy, high volume, customer focused environment
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate a positive impression
