Our client is an established and successful company based in Cramlington. They are currently looking for a Sales Ledger / Admin Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.

The Role you will be doing:

  • Administrative control of the customer accounts and all intercompany transfers.
  • To be the point of contact for all sales and transfers enquiries.
  • Collating of daily production figures and all relevant information to assist with the site weekly and monthly accounts.
  • To monitor and police the daily production figures and work with both the site F.C. & G.M. to show business critical data of areas of progress and places where focus is required to obtain and surpass standards.
  • Ownership of all packaging stock levels and the forecasting of usage and ordering of goods for any production and sale needs.
  • Work closely with the shipping coordinator to ensure sales, transfers and requirements are met and all deadlines are achieved.
  • To play a vital role within the office team when planning production, sales and shipping schedules.
  • To play an active I.T. role with the implementation of any required modifications to existing systems and the development of any new systems that may be required.
  • To help manage and accomplish all tasks from intake to shipping, influencing decisions with accurate data and evidence-based reasoning.
  • To undertake general admin duties as and when required.
  • Provide holiday cover for shipping coordinator.

Shift patterns/Working hours;

  • Monday – Thursday 6am-3pm
