The Role

• Ensuring the accuracy of the data within the ERP system
• An understanding of ERP systems.
• An understanding of Material Flow through the company process. 
• Decisive, confident person who will address problems and identify opportunities. 
• Challenging activities to improve system accuracy and individual adherence to system discipline.
• Confidence to deal directly with key users.
• PI Checks.
• System closure, Lineside analysis.
• KPI Generation.
• Pro-Actively communicate to internal customers, any system concerns, and understand the impact on production as well as business costs.
• Coordinate SAP users - delegation of work throughout the plant.
• Responsible for system integrity within production areas and shop floor storage locations.                          
• Support New Product Introduction.

The Person

• "A" level or equivalent education or Team leader/ Supervisor experience   
• Experience of working in a high-volume production environment. 
• Intuitive knowledge of systems (ERP, MRP)          
• Experience of communicating with different levels of management within a similar sized organisation.
• Articulate / numerate / of strong character / innovative and receptive to new ideas
• Decisiveness and confident.                      
• People Management - Demonstrating commitment to working and engaging constructively with internal and external stakeholders.   
• Approach - Logical / methodical / tenacious / flexible.
• Strong Interpersonal skills.
