We are proudly representing our public sector client based in Chester Le Street for their search for a Customer Service Administrator. They now have an immediate requirement to recruit for a Temporary- Permanent role. This is a full time role based on 37.75hr week.
Job Specification
The Role
- Support customer’s dealing with queries both in person and over the phone
- Deal with any complaints and organise remedial works
- Use of in-house database system and Microsoft office
- Provide the customer with continued communication
- Handling all incoming calls, taking messages and make sure they are passed on to the relevant person
- Creating documentation
- Order processing
- Data Entry
- General house keeping
- Have an extremely good eye for detail, making sure all paperwork has been triple checked before sending
- Providing a proactive administrative service
