Our client is a successful and established company based in Newcastle upon Tyne. They are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply for an immediate response.
Job Specification
The Job you will be Doing
- Deliver an outstanding customer service by maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
- Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls/email correspondence to customers
- Process customer orders through internal record management systems.
- Manage customer expectations advising on lead times, share product knowledge and alternative available.
- Report and escalate customer queries to the Customer Service Team Leader as appropriate.
- Support other team members as and when required.
- Process orders, repeat orders, fitting adjustments, and bespoke order.
- Coordinate returns with the Warehouse and arrange replacements if required.
- Arrange orders and take card payments
About You
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational & prioritisation skills in a demanding environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Good IT proficiency.
- Always maintains levels of confidentiality.
- Willing to assist colleagues where necessary.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others.
- High customer service ethic – is passionate about meeting customer expectations and improving service levels.
- Can do attitude.
- Takes accountability and initiate action, rather than waiting for someone else to do it.
- Approach colleagues with solutions to problems, not just the problem
