Due to growth they are looking to appoint a Welsh Speaking Customer Representative to join their team on a permanent. Job Specification

The Role

  • Handling customer contacts in English or Welsh – these contacts can come via calls, webchat and also email (you need to be able to speak and write in Welsh
  • Delight customers by providing timely, accurate and expert advice
  • Deliver a service where patience, empathy and building rapport are centre
  • Create clear notes on customers’ accounts with relevant details
  • Comply with the company’s policies and practice
  • Update your knowledge through the associated guidelines and procedure
  • Manage databases, tools, applications and operating system
  • Strive to achieve first call resolution

The Person

  • Able to concisely articulate information in a confident and clear manner
  • Confidence when dealing with clients and the ability to handle objections
  • Must be well-organised and have exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must have a competitive drive
  • Intent and ability to exceed given targets
  • Good team and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to read, write and speak Welsh fluently
  • Candidates need to be flexible between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5.30pm Saturday / Sunday. We will consider shift preferences if required.
