MTrec Commercial is proudly representing our world class manufacturing client in their search to appoint a temporary HR Officer as soon as possible.
Job Specification
The Role
- A full generalist position; supporting their MD deliver their HR agenda.
- Dealing with absence issues.
- Staff Discipline
- Recruitment and Training
- Liaison with staff with health issues.
- Liaison with the works council.
- Project Work.
- Liaison with the company union.
The Person
- HR Officer/Advisor level
- A previous background in manufacturing/engineering is preferred
- Available to start a new role immediately.
- Happy with a part-time position – 3 days per week, or more days and less hours – the company are flexible.
- Any experience of dealing with unions would be ideal.
- Available to attend an interview on Monday 10th February.
