Company Description

Our client is an established and successful organisation based in North Tyneside. They are currently looking for a Case Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below. The hours of work: Monday- Friday 8:30am- 17:00pm.

Job Specification

The Role

  • Manage a case load of clients requiring attention
  • Liaise with providers and clients to organise relevant needs
  • Explain the benefits of services available
  • Achieve targets set by employer
  • To provide a quality service to clients
  • Maintain good relations with referring parties
  • Report and liaise with Senior Case Administrator/Team Leader/Manager as appropriate
  • Encourage clients to attend for treatment
  • Organise client treatments within a preferred timescale
  • Comply with the Company’s Information Security Policy and all other Company Policies applicable to the role.
