Our client is an established and successful organisation based in North Tyneside. They are currently looking for a Case Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below. The hours of work: Monday- Friday 8:30am- 17:00pm.
Job Specification
The Role
- Manage a case load of clients requiring attention
- Liaise with providers and clients to organise relevant needs
- Explain the benefits of services available
- Achieve targets set by employer
- To provide a quality service to clients
- Maintain good relations with referring parties
- Report and liaise with Senior Case Administrator/Team Leader/Manager as appropriate
- Encourage clients to attend for treatment
- Organise client treatments within a preferred timescale
- Comply with the Company’s Information Security Policy and all other Company Policies applicable to the role.
