We are proudly representing our public sector client based in Newcastle for their search for Purchase Ledger.

They now have an immediate requirement to recruit for a permanent assignment to start as soon as possible. If you are available and meet the person specification, please apply.

Job Specification

The Role

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
  • Set up new supplier accounts
  • ash book entries
  • Petty cash return
  • Process payment run
  • General administration duties
  • Data input

The Person

  • Experience of working in purchase ledger
  • Excellent attention to detail and good organisation skills
  • Good communication skills, including verbal and written
