MTrec Commercial are proudly supporting our new, market leading client, who, due to significant expansion are seeking to employ a motivated and attentive Dutch speaking customer service advisor. The company are ideally situated just north of Newcastle city centre and have excellent links to public transport. The company also provides industry leading training and progression as well as the chance to work as part of a close-knit friendly team of customer service professionals.
Job Specification
The Role
- Making group reservations and handling enquiries for our business to business customers. Full training will be provided.
- Handling of back office tasks including booking amendments, adding customer names, payments and finalising invoices.
- Delivering great customer experience for our Dutch based customers both via email and on the telephone
- First contact resolution of customers and client’s queries, requests, orders and complaints
- Proactively contact existing and potential customers with the aim of up-selling products
- Match and sell our products or services to our customers with confidence whenever possible, by cross or up-selling to appropriate products
The Person
- Native or Professional level Dutch is essential
- Previous experience of working on a Dutch speaking customer service line preferred
- Positive and motivated attitude to work
- Desire to succeed and develop
- Customer focused and attentive
