Company Description
We are proudly representing our public sector client based in Morpeth for their search for an Administration Assistant. They now have an immediate requirement to recruit for a temporary assignment to start as soon as possible until November 2020.
Job Specification
The Role
- Supporting staff with general administration tasks
- To assist in the organisation and provision of clerical and administrative support relating to work of the service area
- To support in the undertaking of research as directed
- To support in the management of manual and computerised records/information systems
- Undertake word and data processing and IT based tasks
- Provide support to team colleagues if required
- To undertake any other duties appropriate to the grade of the post

- Excellent organisational, administration and people skills.
- Good communication skills – verbal and written.
- Ability to concentrate
- Good ICT skills
