MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading customer service client in their search for a Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative. The company are an employer of choice for those seeking an exciting and dynamic role in customer service role, and who are seeking to utilising their Italian speaking skills. The successful candidate will become a part of an organised and efficient team of friendly and professional communication representatives and can develop and grow along with the rest of the team. The position will be initially home working and is available immediately. 

Job Specification

The Role

  • Conduct calls in order to generate high quality leads
  • Research contacts and note their requirements before communicating with the client
  • Use knowledge gained through training of product features and be able to apply this information efficiently when conducting calls
  • Understand the needs of the prospective customer
  • Record organised notes of customer interactions on a company database
  • Support others in your team
  • Provide a high standard of quality and professionalism at all times

The Person

  • Able to speak, read and write fluent Italian and English is essential.
  • You could be a recent Graduate or an experienced customer service professional.
  • Able to concisely articulate complicated information in a confident and clear manner
  • Confidence when dealing with clients and the ability to handle objections
  • Must be well-organised and have exceptional attention to detail
  • Good team and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work between Monday - Friday between 07:00-16:00pm.
