Company Description
MTrec is proudly representing our public sector client in their search to appoint a Service Administrative to start as soon as possible. This role is based on part time hours 16 hours per week initially for 3 months. It is essential that the candidate successful for this role meets the person specification required. It is mandatory that the candidate is able to drive and has access to own vehicle as this role will be covering over 2 sites.
Job Specification
The Role
- Answering telephone calls
- Resolving telephone and email enquiries
- Diary Management
- Document production
- Monitoring stationery and PPE stock levels
- Ordering of stationery and PPE
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Point of contact
- Ordering and receiving testing kits
- Distributing testing kits to staff across 2 sites
- Sending weekly reminders to staff
- General record keeping of testing kit distribution
- Recording of when staff take the tests and the results
- Weekly testing report
- Provide advice and guidance where appropriate
- Collate staff consent
The Person
- Driver’s license with access to own vehicle
- General admin experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Understanding of office management systems
- Administrative experience
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Verbal communication skills,
- Ability to deal with all members of an organisation and the public
- Professional and friendly demeanour
