As a Sales Executive you will be joining a well-established and growing company, with a long history in the North East and will be provided with expert training and development opportunities. Job Specification
The Role
- Full 360 Sales
- Lead Generating
- Prospecting potential clients
- Making outbound sales calls
- Dealing with incoming orders and enquiries by telephone, email, and the web
- Creating quotations
- Sending samples
- Processing Sales orders
- Ensuring customers receive the very best customer experience
The Person
- Customer satisfaction skills, with a cold/warm calling experience and the ability to work under pressure and as part of an effective team.
- Experience within a similar industry would be desired, however, not essential.
- To be able to communicate at all levels.
- To have a methodical approach and be able to resolve issues as and when these arise.
- Experience of working with a SAP and CRM systems preferred, however full training will be given.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own.
