The Role

• Providing accurate client estimates for printing projects
• Preparing and processing customer files
• To prepare quick turnaround estimates on standard products using in-house MIS system and Microsoft Excel
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Develop a strong and positive working relationship with suppliers
• Updating inhouse systems
• Using MIS systems and Excel

The Person

• A good knowledge of Print processes is essential
• Knowledge of Print process M.I.S. systems
• I.T. skills would be an advantage
• Confident and pro-active
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• An ability to work independently and as a team
