Job Specification

The Role                   

• Liaising daily with staff
• Responsible for all Quality systems and Compliance roll out and recording
• Responsible to set up contacts and arrange the audits
• Audits to be organized internal/external and ensure that all attendees are present, and details are documented properly, and action plans are implemented
• Maintain compliance programmes and processes
• Maintain the auditing process in-line with Control and Compliance

The Person

• A good knowledge of Print processes is advantageous 
• At least 2 years’ experience would be preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of M.I.S. systems
• I.T. skills would be an advantage
• Confident and pro-active
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• An ability to work independently and as a team
