Company Description

Our client is an established and successful company based in Prudhoe. They are currently looking for an Administrator on join their team on a temporary basis. Job Specification

The Role

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Handling queries
  • General admin
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Maintain up to date artwork/label files
  • Cover some purchasing duties during holidays and absence
  • Customer service
  • Investigate stock discrepancies
  • Chase suppliers for deliveries
  • General Filing
  • Matching delivery notes to invoices and check against Purchase Orders
  • Ownership of customer accounts from order receipt through to delivery, ensuring a first class customer service
  • Any other duties deemed necessary to perform the role decided by the management

The Person

  • SAP/SAGE experience
  • Experience working within a Manufacturing environment
  • Experience using Microsoft is essential
  • Experience within stock control
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Must have excellent organisational skills to enable all tasks to be completed in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills
