MTrec Recruitment has supported Newcastle based charity - Tiny Lives for a number of years with a range of sponsorship's including supplying their running vests for the Great North Run as well as other challenging events.

To continue the support, James Doyle - Senior Manager has taken on a huge challenge for 2018 and has entered Ironman Bolton which is being held on the 15th July. James has been in training over the past 6 months to prepare for the course, which consists of a 2.4-mile open water swim, a 112-mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile run at the end, one after the other!

To provide extra focus and inspiration for the day, it sounds like he will need it! James chose to fund raise for Tiny Lives due to the fantastic work they provide to families at the special care baby unit of the RVI in Newcastle. http://www.tinylives.org.uk/ and the close relationship he has established with the charity over the years with MTrec.

He has already surpassed his fund-raising target thanks to the many generous supporters who have provided him with their best wishes, words of encouragement and the needed donations for the charity.
