The commercial team have supported the customer operation for a number of years, by providing high quality customer service advisors for a variety of their departments. Due to the significant expansion of their Newcastle office and being awarded a new blue-chip customer account they are now looking to recruit large teams of Inbound Customer Service Advisors.

The job opportunities are all permanent, with excellent longer-term career prospects. All new advisors are provided with superb onsite training and ongoing support to help them transition into their new roles.
