MTrec Recruitment has recently undergone a full business audit which included detailed staff surveys, one to one interviews with MTrec staff, meeting observations and in-depth reporting, to achieve the Investors in People silver standard.

The following passages were stated in the Executive Summary of the IIP Report.

MTrec was assessed for accreditation of the Investors in People Standard between September and November 2018. We are delighted to accredit MTrec with the Silver IIP award.

Since the last Investors in People review in 2015, the Investors in People framework has been revised with nine new indicators and the development of a performance framework, developed from intense research with regard to high performance working.

The Senior Management within MTrec are delighted with the outcome and to have retained Silver Standard again, particularly as the new framework is more in-depth, challenging and stretching. The MTrec team believes achieving this level further reinforces and demonstrates internally and externally MTrec Recruitment is a great business!
