The MTrec Recruitment brand has been associated with manufacturing, engineering and warehouse/distribution sectors since its inception in 2006. The business has grown and flourished within these markets, supplying world-class temporary worker and permanent recruitment solutions to most of the region’s leading multi-national and SME organisations. This success was clearly recognised by Trust Tech Inc – a Japanese owned global staffing group, who acquired the business in 2016, as part of their international expansion programme.
Though for the past 3 years, the business has also been developing a strong and experienced team of recruitment consultants who have been supporting the regional commercial recruitment sector, with market leading recruitment services, and supplying to a range of multi-lingual customer service operations, public sector organisations, higher education establishments and a diverse range of private clients. Due to the continued growth of the commercial client base, a new and exciting brand has been created, to reflect the true diversification of the business – MTrec Commercial.
This new brand identity and campaign was created and developed with two of the UK’s leading marketing and digital agencies, SHA and Boxmodel, and both are based in Newcastle. The MTrec marketing team has worked closely with both highly talented agencies for many years, and over a 6-month period commencing in late 2017, through the concept development and formation phases to reach the ground-breaking delivery stage. The MTrec team are delighted with the strong, current and on-trend designs for the new campaign which places our candidates, clients and staff as Heroes of the North. Ensuring the right recruitment process is in place to attract the best talent to any business is critical for its future growth and success, and MTrec excels in implementing market leading recruitment processes for its customers. The new campaign will see further significant investment in further talent attraction, with prime advertising spaces located in Newcastle Airport, St James Park, and further on-line presence.Back To Listing
